Hello and welcome to my page, I'm Mairead, a Senior Occupational Therapist and mum to three young girls. I have over 10 years of experience working across a range of health care settings with adults, adolescents, and children, specifically with mental health challenges. I enjoy working with people during their first experience of mental health difficulties, within both community and inpatient settings through to chronic mental illness rehabilitation. I currently work within a HSE child and adolescent mental health service.
